Rup Sarkar
Founder & Head Physiotherapist
Rup is the driving force behind Clutch and brings over a decade of experience helping people recover, perform, and stay at their best. He has worked with UFC athletes, elite fighters, and top-tier gym-goers across the world, giving him a unique perspective on what it takes to compete at the highest level. As a boxer himself, Rup blends technical expertise with real-world experience, making him a trusted guide for athletes and everyday people alike.
What sets Rup apart is the community he has built through Clutch. He believes physio is about more than treatment — it’s about creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and part of something bigger. His favourite part of being a physio is the journey, guiding people from setbacks to success and being in their corner every step of the way.
Joseph
Senior Physiotherapist
Joey is a passionate physiotherapist who’s all about helping people move, perform, and recover at their best. A 2020 graduate of ACU, he brings over five years of experience treating athletes across all levels, with a special interest in ACL rehabilitation, knee and shoulder injuries, and post-operative recovery.
With a sporting background that includes competing at state, national, and international levels in Oztag, volleyball, powerlifting, and tricking, Joey truly walks the walk. He has also stepped into the ring as an amateur boxer, which fuels his love for working with fighters in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
What sets Joey apart is his hands-on, practical approach to learning and care. He designs structured rehab programs that help clients bounce back from injury while also building their performance to new heights.
Outside the clinic, Joey’s energy is infectious. He loves anime, good food, and anything that gets him moving. Clients know him for his upbeat personality, supportive nature, and his ability to make the rehab process both challenging and enjoyable.
